This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you as user and the owner identified above of the software identified above. It describes your rights and obligations regarding the use of the software. With installation and use of the software you agree with this agreement.

The right to use depends on the license type.
License type: License for private individuals - this license includes the right to use the software for individual purposes only. Any use external the privacy or within organizations for commercial, educational and any other purposes is strictly prohibited.
License type: License for public education institutes - this license includes the right to use the software for educational purposes within public education institutes only. Any use for commercial and any other purposes, e.g. the providing of services for third parties, is strictly prohibited.
License type: License for commercial use - this license includes the right to use the software for commercial purposes. It includes the use within commercial organizations and the providing of services for third parties.
If a license has a time limitation the right to use ends with the expiry date of the license. Then you shall remove all the files related to the software from your storage media. To run the software a file containing valid license keys is needed.

You may use this software conformable to the terms depending on the license type. The software is runnable on Windows 10 and the specific minimal system requirements. The owner does not grant the run ability of the software for your system. You may use it on your own risk. You have to assure yourself carefully of the riskless reliability for your intended purposes before using it.

The software is developed as Microsoft .NET application with the .NET classes WebBrowser and HttpClient. The program DepotQuotesCollector.exe loads data of market quotes from websites as they could be loaded manually by using a web browser. To do this data is sent to these websites analogously to a web browser. The user selects the data to load and starts the loading processes himself. The user himself has to evaluate the risks of these technologies by using internet connections for his individual data security. Except these the software itself does not collect personal data and store or send it to websites or other devices at runtime. If web addresses (Url) are offered the system web browser will be launched with them.

The holder of websites offering the download of market quotes could stop providing this service or change their access authorization or technology for data download at any time. So the automated data download by the software is not granted. The downloaded data itself and/or installed test data are not part of the software. The user himself has to evaluate and control the data quality for his purposes. The user has to respect the legislation and policies of the data providers for downloading data. Alternatively data of market quotes could be generated manually in local files.

If you do not agree to all of the terms of this agreement, you shall remove all the files related to the software from your storage media and cease any further use of the software. Any violation of these terms will subject you to legal liability.

The software is the intellectual property of the owner. The software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The software is licensed, not in the ownership of the user.

You must not
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except and only to the extent that applicable law expressly permits such activity notwithstanding this limitation.
- sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the software, except and only to the extent that applicable law expressly permits such activity notwithstanding this limitation.
- remove any proprietary notices or labels on the software.
- disclose any license keys provided with the software to any third party.
- distribute the files of the software in open or encrypted form without prior signed permission from the owner.

The owner may terminate this license agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such an event, you shall remove all the files related to the software from your storage media and cease any further use of the software.

This software is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event will the owner be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages, including damages for loss of profits, loss or inaccuracy of data, incurred by any person from such person's usage of this software even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

If any one or more of the provisions of this agreement shall be held invalid or unenforceable by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the validity and enforceability of all other provisions herein shall not be affected thereof.
